LEMO UK needed this flexible approach to reduce solar heat gain, provide privacy and glare protection. Based in Worthing, East Sussex the unusual building suffered from solar heat and glare even though the existing glass was tinted. Solarshield fitted 3M Night Vision 25 Solar Control Film to the existing glazing to reduce sun’s heat and glare, in combination with bespoke roller blinds.

In total 100 roller blinds were fitted and 272 windows treated with 3M Night Vision 25. As well as the obvious benefits, the building’s energy bills have been reduced as well as the carbon footprint, thanks to the installation of the solar control film.
